How to Measure
Men body measurement locations

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.

Waist: Measure around your natural waist. For the pants chart, compare with the waistband of a similar garment measured without stretching.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Outside leg: Measure along the outside of a well-fitting pair of pants, from the top of the waistband to the hem.

Shoulder: Measure across the back between shoulder seams on a similar garment.

For the most reliable comparison, measure a scrub top or pair of pants you already own and like. Garment measurements include ease and should not be matched directly to body circumference.
