Shipping, Returns & Exchanges FAQs - TangoScrubs:

For USA Order Returns:

Timing: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the labels still attached to qualify for refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Fees: Free returns within 30-days.
Processing Time: After receiving the returned item, please allow 14 business days for inspection and processing of your request. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your bank statement.

For Canada Order Returns:

Timing: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the labels still attached to qualify for refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Fees: A $10.99 USD fee will be deducted from the refund amount for returns.
Processing Time: After receiving the returned item, please allow 14 business days for inspection and processing of your request. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your bank statement.

Return Process:

Send an email to order@tangoscrubs.com with your order number.
Once your request is received and reviewed by our customer service team, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email that you can print.
Take your returned item(s) to any USPS/Canada Post locations.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we don’t have the capability to process exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange an item, you must return the original one and place a new order. Please email order@tangoscrubs.com with your order number for details about your request. If you’re placing a new order after returning the original one, we might be able to help with return/shipping/processing fees.

Order Cancellations/Modifications:

Since orders are usually processed quickly, please email us at order@tangoscrubs.com with your order number and the title "CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION" to see if the order has been shipped yet and if it is possible to accommodate your request.
