Shipping, Returns & Exchanges FAQs - TangoScrubs:


Order Cancellation/Modifications:
To cancel or modify an order, swiftly email order@tangoscrubs.com with the order number and title "CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION." We'll assess its shipping status and accommodate your request if possible.

Shipping:
Explore shipping options with USPS and FedEx. Timings and costs depend on your location and selected carrier.

Returns:
Timing: Accepting returns within 30 days from order receipt.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with attached labels. All returns are subject to product inspection.
Fees: Enjoy a 30-day free return for a limited time if the conditions are met. If the inspection is not passed, you may be subjected to fees.
Processing Time: Allow 14 business days for inspection and processing. Up to 2 billing cycles for the return to reflect on your bank statement.
Return Process: Initiate a return by emailing order@tangoscrubs.com with the order number. Upon review, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email. After the returned item passes inspection, a refund will be issued, and the label will be provided for shipping. Drop off your item at any USPS location.


Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we currently don't process exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order. For assistance with fees, email order@tangoscrubs.com with the order number.
If placing a new order post-return, we may assist with return/shipping/processing fees.
